The Pempamsie Curriculum

A series of cultural education eBooks  and Online Courses designed to promote PEMPAMSIE -the  principle of preparedness and strength through unity. 

Named after the sacred Adinkra symbol  depicted in our logo, it unpacks the history and manifestations of anti-blackness, the origins of white supremacy, and leads to an Afrikan-centered psychological paradigm shift.

Undoing internalized oppression training

Follow The F.P.C. Model - which serves as both the acronym for Victory of the People Movement's founding principles of "Fortitude. Preparedness. Collectivism.", and is code for 'F' Political Correctness! 

This training focuses on dissolving Anti-Blackness. Offered for mixed-gendered groups of 5-10, 10-15, and 15 to 20 people of the Afrikan Diaspora. Discusses the pitfalls identity politics, Afrikan/Black subcultures, colorism, and other forms of anti-blackness that leads to discord in our community. Participants walk away with an understanding of the origins of anti-blackness psychology and social engineering, as well as tools to reverse on anti-blackness pathology in their day-to-day lives. 

1:1 Racial Wellness Coaching

One -on-one coaching for people of Afrikan descent striving to reconcile issues of colorism,  workplace macro-aggressions, and other forms of anti-blackness related to racial identity. It also applies to those striving to reconcile issues pertaining to internalized anti-blackness sentiment related to their non-Black racial identity(ies).
